Chris has more than 20 years experience in the technology sector. He was the executive director at Marketing Technologies through the 90?s in charge of consulting services and developed the Brains CRM Call Centre application. His many clients included Toyota New Zealand, NZDMA, Trust Bank and Carlton United Breweries.
For Connect Interactive Business Solutions in Sydney he designed state of the art software that was instrumental in their winning many prestigious accounts including the Sydney Olympics Organising Committee (SOCOG), Microsoft Australia, News Ltd, Coke and RAMS Home Loans. One visiting expert deemed the centre "One of the two most advanced call centres in the world"
Chris's work as been recognised internationally through a number of awards including several Marketing Association NEXUS awards for innovation and data management.
